1- Recognize and accept your feeling

Today, my feeling of loss have visited my heart. But I let it be there. I find the joyful things and jump into. That’s a beautiful way to embrace my emotions—acknowledging loss while also choosing joy. Feelings come and go like waves. So is there something specific on my heart and what should I do ?

I don’t flow with them, don’t resist them, I recognize them, accept them and let them be. That’s a powerful approach—acknowledging emotions without letting them control me. It’s like giving them space to exist while choosing where to direct my attention. I look for something that my heart feel fun to do, such like writing journal about my wish, about my desire on my focused matter.

Try to write honestly look like you write your dream. That sounds like a beautiful practice—expressing my wishes and desires in a journal. It’s like giving my dreams a place to breathe and take shape. I focus on what I want to experience, the feelings I hope to have, and what I can give to …. .

Diary – a beautiful way of taking your courage and honesty 💛

Your will have a deep sense of self-awareness if you usually write diary and release your feeling on the paper, regardless of whether it is a positive or negative emotion. It would heal your inner child and it would help:

  • Keep Listening to Your Heart – You already follow what feels fun and fulfilling to you. Keep trusting that inner voice, and let it guide you toward joy and meaningful experiences.
  • Balance Desire with Openness – It’s wonderful to journal about what you want in a relationship, but also leave space for surprises. Sometimes, life brings us something even better than we imagined.
  • Give to Yourself Too – You think about what you can give to a partner, which is lovely. Just remember that the love and kindness you give to yourself will also shape the love you can share with someone else.
  • Stay Present – While dreaming of the future, don’t forget to enjoy the present. Every moment holds something valuable, even the quiet and ordinary ones.

Believe in yourself and don’t care of the grammar or structure or spelling, you just are here and write freely what you want to release or what you desire, anything else.

Emotions are like visitors—some stay briefly, some linger, but none are permanent. By writing them down, you acknowledge them without becoming them. Keep journaling, keep embracing your feelings, and keep creating space for joy. 💛
